Translation
The translation team of Daxinya is organized by Nida's classification method and provides targeted training and labor division to different translators according to actual work needs.
Daxinya currently has two translation departments, each is divided into three translation groups: technology, business & law, and literary, providing professional translation services in different fields. Specifically, Daxinya classifies the translation into the following categories based on types of source texts:
1.Science & Technology: translation of product manuals, user manuals, operating manuals, maintenance manuals, OSD interfaces and menus, patent letters, test reports, inspection and certification data, white papers, etc.
2.Finance: translation of prospectus, articles of associations, annual reports, contracts, business plans, feasibility reports, patent application data, etc.; target clients include industries of finance, securities and insurance, listed companies, etc.
3.Law: translation of laws and regulations, international treaties; judicial documents including: testimonies, case briefings, indictments, pleadings, petitions, appeals, court judgments, etc.; administrative documents; notarial certificates and related information, arbitral awards, etc.; we can also stamp on the translation as required by the clients.
4. Business: translation of RFPs, tenders, contracts and correspondences for international trade; advertising and promoting documents including: brochures, pamphlets, merchants manuals, advertising copies, etc.
5. Literary: translation of all kinds of books, magazines, journals and other publications.
6.Localization: localization of websites and software.
7.Interpretation: simultaneous interpretation for conferences, business negotiations, press conferences, exhibitions, etc.
8.Video & Audio: transcription, translation and dubbing of all kinds of audio and video data.

Instruction:
1. Word count (according to national standard): for translation of Chinese-foreign languages, number of words is count by MS Word (Review-Word Count-Words); for pictures and other non-editable documents, we will count manually.
2. Translation specification:
Additional charge for special DTP: CNY 0-50/Page;
Delivery method: Email/QQ/Wechat/express delivery;
Delivery format: as required by client.
3. Additional charge from 3% to 30% for urgent tasks.
4. The advance payment is 50% of the contract price.
5. Price may reasonably rise according to difficulty of the source text and special requirements of the client.
6. Certificates are count by page, and there may be a price rise from 30% to 100% for judicial documents.
7. Vocabulary composition will be subject to additional charge.
8. We provide proofreading service, and the price varies according to the quality of the translation provided by client, from 30% to 100% (retranslation) of the basic translation fee.
9. We provide proofreading and polishing service by native speakers,please consult our project manager or customer service for the quotation.
1. Assign the translation task only to native speakers of the target languages.
2. Make sure all translated or edited texts are proofread.
3. Have sufficient manpower to ensure effective management in multi-language projects.
4. Have all required technologies and abilities to complete every task.
5. Satisfy the delivery term as agreed with the clients.
6. Make sure all translated texts are kept confidential.
7. Assign the translation task to professional translators experienced in relevant fields.
8. Ensure unified terminology and diction in all translations for the same client.
9. Provide clients with all helps, services and after-sale services they desire to receive.
10. Give in-job training to all posts engaged in the translation task.
